[edit] Notes

• "Format" its how the notes are presented, ie booklet, book, inset, back cover, cover, liner, etc.
• "Location" is the location of the publisher, to the smallest geographical unit, i.e country or city.
• "Publisherid" is the catalog number form the publisher for the album release that corresponds to the notes.
