The City of Wyndham is a Local Government Area in Victoria, Australia. It is located in the outer south-western suburbs of Melbourne between Melbourne and the regional city of Geelong. It has an area of 542 km².

The city is home to numerous new housing estates in suburbs such as Point Cook and Sanctuary Lakes. In 1994, Wyndham had a population of 72,000. By 2001 the population had risen to 83,000. By 2002, it had grown to 100,080.

The growth rate as of 2006 is above 8%, and Local Government Victoria estimates that it is the third fastest growing local government area in Victoria.
