City Gate (also known as Moshe Aviv Tower), is a skyscraper located in the demarcated area of the bursa (diamond stock exchange) in northern Ramat Gan, Israel, and is the highest building in Israel, surpassing the Azrieli Center Circular Tower when it was built. It is also the eighth highest building in the Middle East.

Construction began in 1998 and ended in 2003, when the tower became occupied.

It has a height of 244 m (801 ft), with 68 floors overground and 5 floors underground.

Most of the tower is used for offices, but the top 11 floors are in residential use only.

The City Gate tower has an exclusive gym and a synagogue.
