A kindhearted man has all he could ever ask for, a noble and loyal wife and a most cheerful and attractive daughter. Life, however, is not always predictable and the wife fell gravely ill, eventually dying. The man then marries a new woman, who brings along her two awkward daughters who treat the man's girl with cruelty and selfishness. When the man leaves on a business trip, the woman and her daughters name the girl, "Cinderella". Life turns around for the girl the day a grand ball is announced in which the prince will choose his bride, with the help of a Fairy Godmother, Cinderella attends the glorious ball and wins the heart of the prince.
