A Cincinnati bowtie is sexual position where the male uses a woman's breasts to pleasure himself, thrusting his penis in between the squeezed together breasts. The male participant kneels in a way with his buttocks facing the womans face, and places his testes firmly under the womans neck, resembling a bowtie. The reason for the name Cincinnati Bowtie is the resemblance of a bowtie, and the idea that in Cincinnati everything is backward.
