That's unfortunate, and you have my apologies, but it also sounds like you could benefit from reading up on autoblocks. I don't set them manually -- it's all a server utility that happens to put my name on it, for the sake of easy searching and indexing. Sorry for the confusion, and for the trouble. There are a few admins (myself included) who pretty regularly patrol requests for unblocking, so in the event of similar collateral damage, in the future, I suggest you make use of the {{unblock-auto}} template as soon as possible (as it looks like you did, here).
