Churton Park is a suburb located in Wellington, the capital city of New Zealand. Churton Park is a new, wealthy and upper-middle class suburb located in the Northern Suburbs district of Wellington, 1.5 km north of Johnsonville.

The suburb includes over 1500 households, 'Churton Park' (a recreational sports field) and a primary school.

The geography of the land is quite hilly and has dense bush in some areas that have not been excavated for housing sub-divisions. Steep hills eventually extend over to the Ohariu Valley nearby.

In the wake of New Zealand's recovery from the 1987 sharemarket crash, Churton Park gained a reputation for being a safe neighbourhood. During the 1990s, many families with young children chose to build new houses in the area.

Despite in-jokes among residents of the Northern Suburbs that Churton Park has a Crips set and that Newlands has a Piru set, Churton Park maintains its reputation as a safe neighbourhood.
