Chuck and Leon a.k.a. The Chameleon Brothers are fictional characters who occasionally appear on the television show Rocko's Modern Life. They are chameleon brothers seemingly of Swedish descent. They became a running gag, having several odd jobs such as being gym owners, running a client agency for clients who need help to break bad habits (In Rocko's case, nail biting), and owning a cafe. They also claim to have once worked for a tsar (who resembled Heffer) in Eastern Europe before immigrating to America, though it is heavily implied that this story is entirely fictional.
