Charles "Chuck" Bass (b. September 1985) is a character in the Gossip Girl book series by Cecily Von Ziegesar. Chuck is widely known amongst his peers as a pervert. He will do anything to get with other girls. For a short while, he became bisexual. At Blair Waldorf's charity ball, he molested Jenny Humphrey in the toilets, and is rumored to have "deflowered" Kati Farkas. He has also appeared in a British Drakkar Noir commercial.

Chuck has a younger brother named Donald, and his parents are Misty and Bartholomew Bass.
