Christy Gibson, along with stablemate Jonas Anderson are both memebers of the cult now called the family, previously named the children of god. Although banned in some countries due to complaints against them of brainwashing and child abuse, they can still be found in Thailand. Their public face is one of charity work, but although the cult now denies sex with children the organisation remains at the darker end of the religious spectrum.Christy confirmed their membership in an interview with the Bangkok Post in 2001-peter
