I was going to move the "expand" tag here, but there's no special reason given, and the "stub" tag seems to do whatever's needed. Note that {{expand}} goes on Talk pages, not on articles, though. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 11:40, 11 September 2005 (UTC)
is the 'politician' tag appropriate here? it doesn't appear he's ever run for any office or has any such intention HunterAmor 18:07, 3 October 2005 (UTC)
- I don't think that there's a "diplomat" stub, and I suppose that "politician" comes closest. It's a political appointment in the U.S., isn't it? Perhaps that's justification enough. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 09:24, 4 October 2005 (UTC)
Except that he was not a political appointee, since he was a career Foreign Service officer. But I suppose politician comes closest to refer to anyone working in government....
Could someone with the technical skills required make a diplomat stub, pretty please? And anon above is correct, career Foreign Service officers are basically non-political appointees by definition. -Fsotrain09 18:46, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
