Christian Wrestling Alliance (CWA) is based in Orangeburg, South Carolina, and is owned by Mr Roger Gleaton. Mainstream wrestlers like Lex Luger and The Barbarian have made guest appearances for the promotion. The current CWA world champion is Timber. The current tag team champions are Team MacTion.

On July 8, 2006 Wrestling legends Midnight Express wrestled fellow legends The Rock-N-Roll Express. The Rock-N-Roll Express won the match. Also the Masked SuperStar wrestled and defeated Sonny Landell. Big Poppa Pump Scott Steiner wrestled at the CWA Chris Chance on August 5, 2006. Steiner lost the match via DQ. Other wrestlers who made appearances for CWA are Brad Armstrong, Buff Bagwell, Lex Luger, A.J. Styles, Elix Skipper and Rick Steiner.

On July 8, 2006 CWA owner Roger Gleaton wrestled Johnny Flex and the Lady Naveah in a handicap in response to a heal turn in June 2006 in which Johnny Flex hit Roger Gleaton in the face with a digital camera with the help from Lady Naveah, which at that time only took pictures at ring side for CWA. To ad insult Roger Gleaton shows up dressed as the creator of Flexercise to the tune of YMCA which was previous the gimmick Johnny Flex who had supposedly destroyed never to be seen again. Roger Gleaton announces he has brought in a partner. That partner was none other than the Nephew of wrestling legend Ric Flair, Derick Flair. Johnny Flex's partner Lady Neveah had to wrestle with a broken hand. Even the ref got in on the action by atomic dropping Nevaeh and throwing a vicious Flair type chop to Johnny Flex. The match ended with a double figure four in which both Lady Naveah and Johnny Flex tapped out. In August 2006, a return match was planned between Johnny Flex and Roger Gleaton in a Lumberjack match. Johnny Flex injured his shoulder and match has now been canceled. On Aug 5, 2006 Timber defeated Hallow Wicked for the CWA Heavy Weight Championship. Big Poppa Pump Scott Steiner lost his match due to a DQ against CWA TV Champion Chris Chance. On September 9, 2006 Timber teamed up with wrestling legend Rick Steiner to defeat the team of Buff Bagwell and The "Natural" Chris Chance.
