Christian Nadé (Born September 18, 1984 in Montmorency, France) is a football player who currently plays for Sheffield United in the F.A. Premier League.
Nade was born in Montmorency. He came through the ranks at ES Troyes AC and made his debut for ES Troyes on January 19, 2000 against RC Strasbourg in the French Championnat.
While with ES Troyes, he spent a six-month loan spell at Le Harve.
He signed a three-year contract for Sheffield United on June 27, 2006 and scored on his debut for the club in a friendly against Rotherham United on July 28 after coming on as substitute for Rob Hulse in the 70th minute. He scored his first goal for the Blades in a League Cup 2nd round tie against Bury at Bramall Lane on September 19, 2006.
It has been reported that, as Nade is unable to speak English, team-mate David Sommeil acts as his translator.
Has represented France at Under-21 level, and also qualifies for the Ivory Coast.
