Christian Music Review, ([1]) an on-line Christian music review and information ministry was started on September 25, 2004 in Tampa, FL by former Christian Hit Radio on-air personality and PR director for WZPH-LP 96.7 FM aka 'The Switch'. The site features album reviews, artists interviews, biographies, discographies, photos and more. The site's motto, 'the reviews that help build His Kingdom', says a lot about this on-line ministry in which founder/lead review Jay Heilman says "is a way to bring the good news of Christ through the universal language of music. With positive and uplifting ministering value found in a lot of today's Christian music, it's our goal to point listeners to the projects of value. The goal of our ministry is to start a 'chain reaction' of sort with the reviews we write, in which we pray may lead someone onto the road to Salvation through Christ Jesus, which in my opionion is the most important decision you could ever make in your life."
Christian Music Review, currently consists of Heilman (Born: 10/11/1980 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL), along with writer/reviewers, Steve Serneels, Carolyn Miller, Mike Strubie and occasional writer, Mike D. of Rawk N' Review Productions ([2]) of Tampa, FL. Christian Music Review, often abbreviated to CMR, has had it's articles and reviews featured on many of the largest and most well-known Christian sites, as well as on-line Christian recording company sites and MySpace pages.
Christian Music Review, also has a MySpace page which features unique news and perspectives on today's Christian music. ([3])
Christian Music Review is also a non-profit ministry, part of CMR Ministries, Inc..
