Christian Manfredini (by Italian parents), real given name Sisostri, (b. 1 May 1975) is a Côte d'Ivoire-Italian footballer.

Born in Port Bouet, Manfredini was adopted by Italian parents at the age of 5. He made his debut in Serie A with A.C. ChievoVerona. After a good 2005-06 season at Lazio, Manfredini was called up for the Côte d'Ivoire for the first time, against Spain in a friendly match, on March 1, 2006, as an unused substitute. Not called up to the national team for the 2006 World Cup, Manfredini returned to the national team on 16 August 2006, against Senegal, as an unused substitute.
