Christian Colbjørnsen (January 29, 1749December 17, 1814) was born in Romerike, Norway. Christian Colbjørnsen served as chief justice for the high court (Høyesterett) when it was located in the Danish-Norwegian capital, Copenhagen. He served as the Norwegian chief justice from 1802 until 1814. With separation from Denmark, Norway gained its own high court in 1814.
