Chris Waters a Sydney, Australia born, christian movie maker known for the creation of the series of Angel Wars. He, teamed up with his step-father Tudor, created Angel Wars in 2001 after the September 11th attacks on the USA. He continues to write, create and expand with the angel wars saga, working on the fourth movie.

He lives in Virginia Beach with his wife and children. He is a graduate of Regent University with his masters. [1]
