Chris Tamer (born November 17, 1970 in Dearborn, Michigan, USA) was an American ice hockey defenseman.
Tamer started his NHL career with the Pittsburgh Penguins in 1993. He would also play with the New York Rangers and Atlanta Thrashers.
Minor league teams that he played for are the Chicago Wolves and Cleveland Lumberjacks.
