Chris Perez

Chris Perez (born in August 1970) was the husband of Selena Quintanilla Pérez and brother-in-law of A.B. Quintanilla III. Chris was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas.

He has remarried since his wife's death, and has 2 children

The album Resurrection by his eponymously titled band, Chris Perez Band, won a Grammy Award for Best Latin Rock/Alternative Album in 2000.

He later joined his Quintanilla's group, the Kumbia Kings. After Kumbia Kings separated and A.B. moved on to form another group, Kumbia All-Starz, Chris joined him.
