Chris Ostreicher

Christopher Dietrich Ostreicher, nicknamed Oz, is a character from the American Pie film franchise. He was portrayed by Chris Klein in American Pie and its 2001 sequel. A lacrosse player at East Great Falls High, Oz is an easygoing athlete. He is friends with Jim Levenstein, Kevin Myers, Paul Finch, and Steve Stifler, with whom he enters into a pact to lose his virginity. He takes Heather to the prom and begins dating her afterwards.

Although Oz's family is not featured, it is mentioned that his father manages a hot dog restaurant, where Oz works before going to college at Michigan State University.

Oz had a fairly successful time in high school dating, getting to third base on at least one occasion.

The character of Oz was supposed to be included in American Wedding but there were scheduling conflicts. [1]
