Chris Lumsdon (born on 15 December 1979 in Newcastle upon Tyne) is football player who plays in midfield for Carlisle United F.C.. He started his career at Sunderland A.F.C. where he started 2 leaugue games one of these was the 4-0 hammering they (Sunderland) got v. Chelsea F.C.. At the mackems he went on loan to Blackpool, Crewe Alexandra and Barnsley. He joined Barnsley is 2001 for £350000 and started 58 league games for "The Tykes". In 2004 during Carlisle United religation to the conference he joined the Cumbrians and he enjoyed success in The Conference and League 2.
