Christopher ("Chris") Charles Jacobs (born September 25, 1964) is a former freestyle swimmer from the United States, who won three medals at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. He triumphed with the Men's Relay Teams, in the 4x100m Freestyle and the 4x100m Medley, and became second in the individual 100m Freestyle.
