Chris Carr (basketball)

Chris Dean Carr (born March 12, 1974 in Ironton, Missouri) is an American professional basketball player who was selected by the Phoenix Suns in the 2nd round (56th overall) of the 1995 NBA Draft. Carr played six seasons in the NBA for the Suns, Minnesota Timberwolves, New Jersey Nets, Golden State Warriors, Chicago Bulls and Boston Celtics. His best year as a pro came during the 1997-98 season as a member of the Timberwolves, appearing in 51 games and averaging 9.9 ppg. Carr played collegiately at Southern Illinois University. He also played in Greece with AEK Athens BC.
