Chris Ballance

Chris Ballance, born July 7, 1952 is a Green Member of the Scottish Parliament for South of Scotland. Born in Worcester, England he previously owned and managed a second-hand bookshop in Wigtown before being elected to the Scottish Parliament in 2003. He currently sits on the Parliament's Enterprise and Culture Committee and is the Green's Parliamentary business manager and speaker on nuclear issues, culture and peace.
