Chris Achilleos

Chris Achilleos (born 1947) is a painter and illustrator who specializes in fantasy artwork and glamour illustration. He was born in Famagusta, Cyprus and his family emigrated to the United Kingdom in 1959, where he currently resides.
His work has appeared in Heavy Metal magazine, on book covers, and has been published in collections of his own work. Recently, his work has also included fetish art. He has also worked on various film projects as a conceptual artist.
Achilleos created the covers for several Conan the Barbarian books, and for 28 Doctor Who novelisations for Target Books.
