Rodney Hill, also known as "Chopper Young City" is a rapper from the Magnolia Projects in New Orleans. Chopper was selected out of 40,000 nationwide contestants to be a finalist on MTV's Making the Band Season 2. He was part of the group Da Band until Diddy disbanded the group. Diddy then signed him to Bad Boy South. Chopper has since been dropped from Bad Boy South without releasing an album and signed with Cash Money Records. He released a diss track aimed at Diddy over Yung Joc's It's Goin' Down.
He had a single released through Bad Boy South called Lil' Daddy.
Recently he has signed a deal with New-Orleans based Label Cash Money Records
