[edit] Better Picture

This picture isn't a great shot. It doesn't show his face, only his profile. So can somebody replace it with a better photograph? It is a little difficult to find a good headshot of the guy, so if anyone can do better, here's my suggestion - http://library.thinkquest.org/J003248F/images/chipper2.jpg

It looks a little bit older, but I think it is better than the current one up.
