I just went through this article briefly and I must say I feel there are some things that could be done before this article is promoted to Good Article:

1. The prose is quite choppy and does not read too well, especially in the history section (individual sentences).
2. For somebody not acquianted with the HK mass transit system, some issues are unclear and there are no Wikilinks that would help here.
3. The Internet Archive link does not work, plus there are two links to image search on yahoo rather than to the images or webpages containing them directly.

I do not have a clear vision of what an ideal public transport operator article should look like, nor am I knwoledgeable on the topic, so please forgive me for not helping out with improving it. I also don't feel experienced enough to fail this nomination, but please note hat from the point of view of a common Wikipedia user, this is not a good article yet.
