Talk:China Agricultural University

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Dozens of honourable professorship and guest professorship have been awarded to distinguished foreign experts the Agricultural University.

I'm not quite sure what this means. Is it that many foreign experts have been bestowed with professorship and guest professorship (??) at the university?

Moreover, I'm similarly confused as the why this phrase is there at the bottom of the article:

International Exchange Programs and Activities

I looks like it may be a title for further information that someone plans to add. Regards, Seeaxid 9 July 2005 12:50 (UTC)

It matched the body section, so I put it as a header there. Seeaxid 9 July 2005 13:24 (UTC)

I suspect they are supposed to be "honorary professorships" – i.e. professors who are not paid. Andreww 06:05, 10 July 2005 (UTC)

Humm - looks rather like a copyright violation - the body of the text looks like it is lifted from the cau about us page. This text should be removed and re-written. Andreww 06:16, 10 July 2005 (UTC)

"foreign experts" is a visa status over here, which could be what it refers to.

"At present" should probably read "as of [date]" Nateji77 04:36, 12 July 2005 (UTC)
