The content seemed more suited for the Star Trek position of Chief Medical Officer than any real-life counterpart so I moved the article and delinked any references from Josef Mengele (who may or may not have held the job title of "chief medical officer" at Auschwitz). Also, as a formal job title, it Should Be Capitalized. (Wikipedia:Manual of Style). If you can write a substantial article on the real-life position of "Chief Medical Officer" if it exists or ever did exist, and if you can do so by actually including new content, feel free to do so. That means no stubs, because I'm currently operating under the assumption that the only substative article on "Chief Medical Officer" that could be written can be written about the Star Trek concept.
