Chittering, Western Australia
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Shire of Chittering is a Local Government Area of Western Australia, and also a suburb within this local government area. It is officially located in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia, but because of its proximity to Perth it is increasingly perceived as a part of the Perth metropolitan area (which it is technically not).
Many Perth property developers are looking to develop in this area increasing the population and providing alternative lifestyle choices for people wanting to be within an easy drive of the CBD and retain the country lifestyle.
Developments such as Maryville Downs and Chittering Retreat are examples of what one can expect in these new developments.
