Augusto V. Pangan, Sr. (1932 - 1997), better known as Chiquito, was a Filipino comedian born in Manila. Gifted in the field of comedy, he made hundreds of movie from the 1950s until the 1990s. He had 8 children.

Chiquito had his first acting role in 1954's Sanggano from Palaris Pictures. Contrary to popular belief, Chiquito portrayed the very first male version of Darna in the film Terebol Dobol and not Dolphy, who was the second male Darna in Darna Kuno. [1]

Chiquito also entered politics and became a Councilor (and later Vice Mayor) of Makati City. He ran as a Senator during the 1992 Philippine national elections but lost.
