Edward "Chip" Clancy, Jr. is currently the Mayor of Lynn, Massachusetts, serving his second term. He was first elected in November 2001. Previously, Clancy served on the Lynn City Council. After the council, he served in the Massachusetts Senate.

He has run unopposed in both elections for Mayor of Lynn.
