Chinsuko

Chinsukō (チンスコー, Chinsukō^?) is a traditional sweet often sold as a souvenir (miyagegashi) on Okinawa, Japan. It is a small biscuit made of mostly lard and flour, with a mild and sweet flavor, thought to originally have come from China.
