A chiminea is a popular backyard and deck accessory. Created centuries ago by Mexican artisans, the Chiminea (chim-ih-nee-ah) was originally designed for use as a small bread-baking oven. When filled with strips of fragrant pinea wood, the chiminea produces warmth during the winter and acts as a natural mosquito repellent in the summer.
