Chilli padi

Chilli padi (Malay: cili padi) are tiny little fiery chillis normally in red or green color, also known as bird's eye chilli in English. This type of chilli can be found in Malaysia, Indonesia but mainly in Thailand, where they are known as phrik khii nuu (พริกขี้หน), lit. "mouse shit chiili". Malaysia consumes about RM140 million worth of chillies per annum. [citation needed]
