Chilca (Peru)

Chilca has a surface of 27.68 km², Borders for the East on Huancayo, for the West on the River Mantaro, for the North on Huancayo Cercado and for the South on the Districts of Sapallanga and Huancán, one finds 3,275 m.s.n.m. and has 4 Annexes: Auray, Azapampa, Auquimarca and Tanquiscancha.

His entire population estimated to the year 2,000 according to the National Institute of Statistics belongs to 76,098 inhabitants, being the population Urbana of 70,211 inhabitants and the population Rural of 5,887 inhabitants.
