Chihiro Fujimi (藤見 千尋 Fujimi Chihiro) is a character in the anime/manga series Oh My Goddess!.

She is the original founder and director of the Nekomi Institute of Technology Motor Club. Because of this Otaki and Tamiya are very respectful and even afraid of her. She is an incredibly skilled mechanic and motorcycle driver, even more so than Keiichi. She starts up her own motorcycle shop called Whirlwind and hires Keiichi (and, in the manga, Belldandy) to work for her. She has a soft spot for cute objects (especially small vehicles), cats and children. She has appeared in the manga, movie, and the new anime series

In the manga, it is revealed that both Otaki and Tamiya were in love with her, but she couldn't decide on either. At first she said that she would go with the winner in a game of strip rock-paper-scissors but then decided on neither for the sake of the club. Later on, she and motor club found a map that eventually led to two rings that Otaki and Tamiya had intended to give to her, but decided to hide instead. She then decided (after some encouragement from Belldandy) to wear both rings much to Otaki and Tamiya's embarrassment. She also once had a serious wipeout on her bike along the mountain trail on the way to N.I.T.. The bike, because of her strong feelings for it, later became a shinentai that would challenge other racers. It was eventually beaten by Keiichi and Belldandy using a custom sidecar racer built by Chihiro. The couple also found Chihiro's wrecked bike which she then decided to rebuild.

In the manga, Chihiro is presumably unaware of Belldandy's "goddess" status; while she did witness "magic" at work with the "teapot trap" of Vol. 22, her memory of the incident was apparently wiped by the other three goddesses in the Morisato household.

One of the characters named after a Japanese scale model making company (Tamiya, Fujimi, Aoshima, Hasegawa, Otaki).

She is voiced by Yuka Imai.

• In the manga, she rides a Krauser Domani, a limited edition motorcycle based, BMW powered 3-wheeler.
• In the manga Urd's amorous broom falls for her (a move which reveals the broom's fickleness since it had spent most of the chapter pining after Belldandy).
• In the TV series (episode 20 season 2), she has a full-grown white cat named Rythunder.
