The Chicago and Illinois Midland Railway (AAR reporting marks CIM) was a Class I railroad in the United States, serving Peoria, Springfield and Taylorville, Illinois. It specialized in the hauling of coal. It was purchased by Genesee and Wyoming in 1996 and renamed the Illinois and Midland Railroad (AAR reporting marks IMRR).
