Chianti (Case Closed)

Chianti is a fictional character in the anime/manga series Case Closed

Chianti is first introduced to the Case Closed series in episode 425 as an experienced assassin. She works with an older partner known as Korn. In the anime, her sniping range limit is revealed to be 600 yards, making her a less experienced sniper than her partner Korn, as well as her FBI rival, Shuichi Akai. It is also revealed that Chianti heavily resents Vermouth(even saying that if she gets captured, she won't hesitate to shoot her). This is partly due to the events of episode 345 concerning the suicidal death of her brother, Calvados. She appears to be one of the less ranking memmbers.

As far as appearance goes, Chianti takes on a goth-like appearance. She wears a black dress and dark lipstick, as well as has a dark tattoo on her left eye. In the anime, she speaks with a distinct accent, and unlike the other members(aside from her partner), she rarely smiles, however, appears to somewhat have a sense of humor proven in the beginning of ep425 when she and Korn are practing sniping and he misses.
