Chi-Town Rumble was a one-time only professional wrestling pay-per-view from the National Wrestling Alliance. It took place on February 20, 1989 from the UIC Pavilion in Chicago, Illinois.

- Sting defeated Butch Reed (w/Hiro Matsuda) (20:07)
- Sting pinned Reed with a Sunset Flip.
- The Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton and Stan Lane) and Jim Cornette defeated The Original Midnight Express (Jack Victory and Randy Rose) and Paul E. Dangerously in a Loser Leaves NWA match (15:51)
- Lane pinned Rose after a Double Flapjack.
- Victory was a replacement for Dennis Condrey, who had been fired by the NWA.
- Mike Rotunda defeated Rick Steiner (w/Scott Steiner) to win the NWA World Television Championship (16:21)
- Rotundo pinned Rick when he fell backwards while in a Sleeperhold.
- Lex Luger defeated Barry Windham (w/Hiro Matsuda) to win the NWA United States Championship (10:43)
- Luger pinned Windham.
- The Road Warriors (Hawk and Animal) (w/Paul Ellering) defeated The Varsity Club (Steve Williams and Kevin Sullivan) to retain the NWA World Tag Team Championship (8:27)
- Hawk pinned Sullivan after a Flying Clothesline.
- Ricky Steamboat defeated Ric Flair to win the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (23:18)
- Steamboat pinned Flair with a small package.
