Cheung Kwai Estate

Cheung Kwai Estate (長貴邨) is a public housing estate on Cheung Chau, an outlying island of Hong Kong. It locates on a small flatten hill at the northwest coast of the island. It was built by Hong Kong Housing Authority. The first of year of Intake is in 1984. It is the second public housing estate building in the Island district. There are 18 low-rise non-standard blocks in the estate, forming a total of 472 rental flats. The flats size from 23.4 sq. metres to 42.5 sq. metres. Among those available flats, 457 households are lived in with 1800 people recongised as authorised population. According to the census taken in 2001, the population of the estate is 1747.

No direct transport can reach the estate, except from walking 15 minutes from the Cheung Chau Ferry Pier.
