Chelsea and Fulham will be a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.
Following their review of parliamentary representation in North London, the existing pairings of Hammersmith and Fulham and Kensington and Chelsea are being discontinued.
Kensington is to be recreated as a stand alone constituecy.

The electoral wards which are used to create the new seat of Chelsea and Fulham are:
- From the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, the wards of Fulham Broadway, Munster, Palace Riverside, Parsons Green and Walham, Sands End and Town.
- From the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the wards of Cremorne, Hans Town, Redcliffe, Royal Hospital and Stanley.

The new seat of Chelsea and Fulham will be fought for the first time at the UK General Election in 2009 or 2010. The seat has a notional Conservative majority of 10,700.
