Chelsea Welch (born October 12, 1990) is a beauty queen from West Union, West Virginia who will compete in the Miss Teen USA pageant in 2007.

Welch won the Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2007 title on October 22, 2006 in Flatwoods, West Virginia. She will now compete in the Miss Teen USA 2007 pageant broadcast live from an as-yet unknown location in August 2007.

Welch's sister titleholder is Miss West Virginia USA 2007, Kasey Montgomery. She is a junior at Doddridge County High School.
