Chelsea Dagger is the second single by The Fratellis. It was released on August 28, 2006. It is taken from their debut album Costello Music, which was released in the UK on September 11, 2006. It's supposed to be named after Jon Fratelli's wife Heather, a burlesque dancer whose stage name he borrowed for the song. This song was also played when Nakamura scored a free-kick for Celtic Football Club scored their goal in their 1 v 0 win over Manchester United on November 21, 2006. The Fratellis claimed on Soccer AM that this was a great honour and they hadn't known for a while as they were too excited with the goal.
Said to be not unlike Tenpole Tudors classic "Swords of a Thousand Men".
