Che is an additional letter of the Arabic alphabet, derived from ǧīm (ج) with two additional dots. It is not used in Arabic itself, but may be used to represent a voiceless postalveolar affricate (IPA: /tʃ/) when writing other languages.
Hausa uses ṯāʼ (ث) to represent the sound instead.
