Hi, I recently created history of Illinois by, yes, just copying and pasting from the Illinois article. However, this is because I plan to add to it as I do many other Illinois article (ie. I just created Goverment of Illinois). The reason that I created it before I had actually made the planned addition is so others can see it and add to it also, as it seems to be a big job.
