[edit] Name change (to end with "a")

...according to the Hebrew pronunciation, and as indicated by her name's spelling in the Encyclopaedia of the Holocaust (References) and the Knesset website (External links). "Chaika" seems to me most consistent with conventional transliteration for English readers. I take no issue at this time with the other spellings (i.e. Haika and Chyka, respectively -- the latter being rather unfamiliar in English-language transliteration and transcription of variations of the name חיה).
