it is a low resolution screenshot of a video;
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the video in any way;
the screenshot is significant because it allows critical commentary on the video

This motion picture is of good quality. It is softcore. It appears to be a digital recording of an analog videotape recording. The lighting is bright. The production highlights two popular Page 3 models. This image demonstrates the body lighting and costuming are excellent.

This image is a screenshot from a copyrighted film, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by the studio which produced the film, and possibly also by any actors appearing in the screenshot. It is believed that the use of a limited number of web-resolution screenshots
