This image, ChaosTerminator.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Pak21) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. No equivalent free image can be created
2. It adds significantly to the article by displaying a characteristic miniature of the race being discussed
3. The use of this image on Wikipedia will have no impact on the commercial value of the miniature or any other works the miniature is currently used in.
